I am trying to connect to my cluster from Node-red. It is not working.
When I try to connect to it through MQTT Explorer, I also can’t connect either.

I 've also tried it with TLS Encryption on, but could’t connect too.
The username and passwords are correct, they’re the ones I’ve defined in “Access management”.

If you’re looking to connect to the HiveMQ Cloud Broker using MQTT Explorer, kindly ensure that the “validate certificate” and (TLS) Encryption settings are enabled, as these appear to be missing in your screenshot at the moment.
Regarding Node-RED, could you please provide more details about the issue you’re experiencing? You may find helpful information in this post to address any missing configurations.
