Sorry, I’m working the first time with HiveMQ and need a little help to overcome a challenge. We have implemented the MQTT Protocol V5 on a SaiaPCD PLC. The Communication works fine with unsecure and secure connection tested against the mosquitto. The HiveMQ Test Broker also works fine with unsecured TCP communication. As soon TLSv1.2 is enabled, the Connect process works fine, CONACK is received but all further Messages do not receive an Acknowledge from the Broker. Neither Ping, Publish, … none of them. Has anyone an idea what can go wrong? Thanks in advance, best Oliver.

Great that you are interested in MQTT and HiveMQ. When you mention “The HiveMQ Test Broker”, do you mean “http://www.mqtt-dashboard.com/”? When you mention TLSv1.2, do you refer to the client (device), to HiveMQ broker hosted by you or to HiveMQ Cloud (https://cloud.hivemq.com/)?
In case if you are referring to self-hosted HiveMQ broker, you can get more visibility in what the broker is receiving and sending to the client if you install MQTT Message Log Extension. It is open source so it is free of charge and it can log every message (CONNECT, CONNACK, PINGREQ, PINGRESP etc.) in to the hivemq.log file.
