HiveMQ Web Client Will not connect to Cluster

I am getting this error when trying to use my HiveMQ Web Client. (Connection Refused

Unable to connect to the cluster. It may still be starting up, please try again in a few minutes) It has been working fine for a couple months now until today

Is there perhaps firewall rules blocking outgoing traffic to port 8884?
​Is it possible to test on another computer?
