Failing to connect Shelly PM Mini Gen3 to HiveMQ Cloud

Hello everyone,

I’ve been attempting to connect my shelly to the HiveMQ Cloud, but it seems like data doesn’t go through. My setup is simple - it’s a Gen3 device so I don’t see how it would experience any SSL/TLS issues even though that’s what I’ve been looking at mainly. I have no idea what’s going on and why it’s not going through. Does anyone have any ideas?
