Cluster host name (just slightly!) too long

Dear all,

I have created a (basic) cluster, on hivemq cloud, for a small project, but unfortunately the datalogger (professional kind) I´m using doesn´t accept hostnames longer than 47 characters ! all hostnames from HiveMQ are 51 characters long…
example:
dabc4b645b7b40ec9c78b65aa1a30c42.s1.eu.hivemq.cloud

Is there any way to create a shorter hostname or maybe an intermediary solution ?
