I cannot connect to any Cloud cluster hosted on AWS via the Web client or Powershell tnc command. I have no problem connecting to a cluster hosted on Azure. Is there a problem with AWS hosted clusters ?

Thanks for using HiveMQ. I tried recreating a general scenario and can successfully connect to a HiveMQ cloud AWS cluster using a web client on HiveMQ Cloud Serverless. To achieve the same,
- I created test access credentials under “Access Management”
- I used the web client to connect to cluster with this user.
