Sparkplug with MQTT 5.0?

This video makes it sound like if using Sparkplug, you must use MQTT 3.1.1, not MQTT 5.0.

Has this changed in the years since the video has been released, or if using Sparkplug is MQTT 5.0 still not an option?

Or is this saying that full MQTT 3.1.1 compliance is the minimum requirement, and 5.0 would be fine as well?
