In general, this is not enough detail, I’m assuming you’re having trouble getting SSL to work.
this usually has one of these two causes:
- your device doesn’t contain/support the ISRG X1 root certificate (Where to download)
- your device doesn’t support the TLS-SNI (server name indicator) extension, which is necessary to use Free/PAYG HiveMQ Cloud.
