Sorry if this is a duplicate, but can’t seem to find a relevant post already.
I have been able to use the File RBAC Extension to limit new connections, but any changes to the file doesn’t have any effect on clients which are already connected. Is there process that will reauthenticate existing clients so they need to comply to the updated RBAC File without resetting the server (or client)?

Hi Eric,
The File RBAC Extension supports hot reloading of the configuration, but it does require a restart for the changes to take effect. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to force existing clients to reauthenticate without either restarting the server or the clients.
