CONNECT failed as CONNACK contained an Error Code: NOT_AUTHORIZED

Hello,

I just started my 7 days trial and I am not able to connect to my url. I have even tried removing the MQTT username and password completely but still get NOT_AUTHORIZED.

mqtt> con -h a0819a2e918f4d288cd2b75212423df0.env-1.hivemq.cloud -u user1 -pw -p 8883 -s
Enter value for --password (The password for authentication):
CONNECT failed as CONNACK contained an Error Code: NOT_AUTHORIZED.
mqtt>

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you set-up credentials for your MQTT client in the MQTT Credentials tab?

You can find a description on how to do that in our documentation.
