# Sparkplug InfluxDB Extension for HiveMQ problem

hello  
I am runing on windows a Hivemq CE with TLS security enabled  
the version of the Hivemq broker is hivemq-ce-2022.1  
and for the Influxdb I have tested the OSS version, influxdb2-2.4.0-windows-amd64 and influxdb2-2.6.1-linux-amd64  
is-it the Sparkplug InfluxDB Extension for HiveMQ working with this setup ?  
please I need some help

Hi @BOU

Could you be more specific with your ask? I.e. What are you trying to achieve? What is your use case? Did you have any particular issues with InfluxDB or see any errors? Can you specify the exact steps to reproduce the behavior?

thank you for your reply  
the problem is when I run Influxdb and HiveMQ broker I have an error message: “Unable to report to InfluxDB with error ‘Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message’. Discarding data.”
